Family owned and operated condos run by Eric and Diane Zeitzheim and Scott and Jenny Zeitzheim.

Our first Port Clinton condo was purchased in 1982. Our father was an attorney for the developer of the complex back in the early '80s. Part of his fee was this condo. He got to choose the first condo of the complex. He then chose a condo ten feet from the lake.

 

Our first Put-In-Bay condo was purchased in 1993 and beloved by our parents where they spent numerous weeks entertaining family and friends.

 

We have since taken ownership of these condos and use them for personal use as well. They have a special place in all of our hearts.
